Common billing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. FCEXperts Pro is a single one-time purchase at $149 one-time. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.
Can my whole team use one membership?
Membership is per person. If several people on a bid desk need access, contact [email protected] and we will sort out the right setup.
What if I am not satisfied?
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund in good faith. This is a case-by-case review, not an unconditional money-back guarantee. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
Is sales tax included?
The $149 one-time price is the total amount charged at checkout. We do not add sales tax on top of it at this time. If we begin collecting sales tax, it will be shown before you pay, and your receipt from Stripe will itemise it. Tax questions can go to [email protected].
