Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-10-14.

These terms are an agreement between you and GCExperts LLC for the use of fcexperts.com, the FCEXperts site for federal-contracting training and expertise. By creating an account or buying a membership you accept them.

1. What FCEXperts is

FCEXperts publishes free federal market intelligence drawn from public U.S. government spending data, and sells training and member resources for federal contracting. We are an independent publisher. We are not the government, we do not award contracts, and we do not represent any agency.

2. No professional advice

The market data and training are educational. They are not legal, accounting, tax, bonding or contracting advice, and they do not guarantee that you will win any contract. Decisions about bidding, pricing and compliance are yours, and you should consult a qualified professional for your own circumstances.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to enter this agreement where you live, and provide an accurate email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Do not share an account or use the service to break the law.

4. Membership and payment

The FCEXperts Pro Membership is $149 one-time, charged once through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay. It does not renew automatically and there is no subscription. We may change the price for future purchases.

The price shown at checkout is the total amount charged. We do not add sales tax on top of it at this time. If we begin collecting sales tax on purchases, it will be shown before you pay and itemised on your Stripe receipt.

5. Refunds

If the membership is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will review a refund in good faith. This is a case-by-case review: the 14-day refund is not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Refunds are made to the original payment method. This is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law.

6. Licence to content

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the training and member resources for your own business. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them, or use them to build a competing product. The underlying government spending data is public domain and you may reuse it with attribution.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break the service, scrape it abusively, submit false information, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the site up but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we may update the published market data as the source data changes.

9. Intellectual property

The FCEXperts name, the training content and the presentation of the market data belong to GCExperts LLC or its licensors. Government data cited on the site is not our property and is credited to its source.

10. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe and email is delivered by our mail provider under their own terms. We are not responsible for those services.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the published data.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GCExperts LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, contracts or opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will announce it on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
