FCEXperts is a federal market-intelligence and contracting-training resource for small businesses, contractors and bid teams. It is owned and operated by GCExperts LLC.

What we publish

• Federal market intelligence — free pages that break U.S. federal contract spending down by awarding agency, state, industry (NAICS) and small-business set-aside program.
• The FCEXperts Pro Membership — a one-time paid training library, proposal and pricing templates, and member briefings that pair the market data with what to do about it.

How the market data is produced

The market-intelligence figures are read from USAspending.gov, the U.S. government's public contract-spending database, when each page is built. We report what the source records; we do not model or estimate the numbers.

Who is behind FCEXperts

FCEXperts is operated by GCExperts LLC, a private company. The site is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government agency. Content is written and curated by GCExperts LLC for educational purposes, and is not legal, tax or procurement advice.

Who teaches the material

The training and briefings are written by the team behind GCExperts LLC, led by Sean Reitmeyer and Doug Reitmeyer — known in the federal-construction market as the GCExperts. They have spent their careers in federal construction: together they have held or performed on more than 1,000 federal contracts, and have been teaching government contracting since 2010.

Every lesson is authored for GCExperts LLC for educational purposes. It explains the federal rulebook in plain language and is not legal, tax, accounting or procurement advice.
