Membership and billing
The FCEXperts Pro Membership is $149 one-time and is charged once by Stripe. For a billing question, include the email address on your account. Cancellation and refund terms are in the Terms of Service.
About the market data
The spending figures across the market intelligence hub come from USAspending.gov, the U.S. government's public contract data source. If you spot a figure that looks wrong, tell us which page and we will check it against the source. We cannot change the government's data, only how we present it.
Accessibility
If any part of this site is a barrier for you, email [email protected] and we will fix it or provide the content in another format. See the accessibility statement.
Data rights requests
To access, correct, or delete your personal data, email [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.
Before you email us
- For a billing question, include the email address on your FCEXperts account.
- For a password problem, try the self-service reset link first; it is faster than waiting on us.
- For a market-data question, name the page and the figure so we can trace it.
- For a refund, include the date of purchase and the amount charged.
- For an accessibility barrier, tell us the page and what your screen reader or keyboard did.
What happens after you write
- Your message reaches a person, not a bot, and is logged against your account.
- We reply within two business days, usually sooner.
- If we need to escalate, we tell you who is handling it and when to expect an answer.
Our response standards
- Every message gets a human reply — we do not close tickets with an automated note.
- Billing and refund questions are answered with a specific decision, not a policy link alone.
- Accessibility barriers are treated as defects and tracked to a fix.
- Data rights requests get a written response within the time the law allows.
If something has gone wrong and you are not getting an answer, say so plainly in a follow-up and it will be escalated. We would rather hear about a problem twice than not at all.
